Chassis. The frame of the KG940/KG940AH Surface DTH Drilling Rig is designed as an integral structure, with the frame main beam installed with the frame shaft as a whole, providing higher structural strength. The overall layout on the frame is more reasonable, with a lower center of gravity and higher stability. The center of gravity of the drilling rig has moved forward, which can better withstand the counter-impact of the impactor when drilling large holes. The floating angle of the frame body has been increased to ±10°, providing better adaptability to slopes. The track frame assembly adopts a folded edge design, with a good appearance and high structural strength. Five supporting wheels are designed, ensuring higher stability both during traveling and drilling. The original imported double-speed piston traveling motor has strong climbing power and can be switched between fast and slow speeds for convenient and efficient machine movement. An integral track anti-disengagement guard plate is added to prevent derailment.
Power Components. The imported hydraulic oil pump has high pressure resistance, large displacement, reliable quality and long service life. The Yuchai four-cylinder engine is powerful, easy to maintain and service. The integrated air filter is convenient to clean, ensuring the timely supply of clean air required by the engine.
Rotary System. The new dual-motor rotary head is equipped with imported rotary motors, providing large rotary torque and reliable durability.
